I am an Asian American licensed marriage and family therapist, brainspotting practitioner, Prepare/Enrich certified, and Restoration Therapy level II trained clinician working virtually with clients all across California, including Los Angeles, Pasadena, Orange County, and the San Francisco Bay Area. With over four years of experience in diverse settings, including community mental health, private practice, faith-based environments, and schools, I am committed to fostering a safe space for you, gently guiding and challenging you toward positive change.
I currently focus my clinical work with adult children of immigrants, working professionals, entrepreneurs in startups and small businesses, thought leaders engaged in advocacy work, people in the helping profession, chronic people pleasers, couples in various stages of dating, marriage, and beyond, third culture adults & teenagers, expats, ex-vangelicals, people of faith hurt by the church, and folx wanting to process their racial, cultural, spiritual, and professional identities. I have a special interest in working with you who are suffering from high functioning depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, highly stressful work environments, shame spirals, challenging relationship dynamics with loved ones, burnout, chronic self-neglect, poor boundaries, and family-of-origin traumas. I’ve received valuable feedback from clients across the gender spectrum who have shared how feeling safe with me has supported their healing from past experiences with men and provided invaluable insights about themselves during our sessions together. Regardless of the challenges you bring to therapy space, my goal is to help you break unhelpful patterns and foster more opportunities for connection in your relationships.
My approach incorporates both practical tools and insight to help you make new meanings about your situation and lean into your true self. I hope to help illuminate your experiences, empowering you to transform unhelpful patterns in your life so that you can live a life that feels freer, more grounded, and closer to the people who you care about.

I primarily utilize the Restoration Therapy model to help clients identify their relational patterns to change the way they interact now with loved ones and with society. I have received specialized live training in the Restoration Therapy model to offer more targeted support to clients navigating internal and interpersonal stress to improve relational health. I am committed to growing as a therapist and as a holistic individual to better support the work we do in therapy. In my work, I also use Brainspotting, a somatic-based therapy model, to incorporate your holistic self and make space for your body to also participate in your healing journey. I hope that in therapy, we can work toward unraveling your experiences of identity and safety as we establish new relational pathways to work toward not just a more functional, but also a more fulfilling life.
