A support group is not therapy. It’s a psychoeducational group with an emphasis on learning practical skills with safe people that can lead to powerful change in your life. These support groups can be accessed virtually from anywhere in the world.
adults living with adhd
This is a 10-week psychoeducational support group designed to provide you with the opportunity to better understand how ADHD impacts various parts of your life, find support and understanding from others with similar experiences, and learn and implement strategies to manage symptoms. This group is led by Judy Huang, LMFT #114481 virtually and will consist of 6-8 participants (not including the therapist). Limited sliding scale available upon inquiry.
