Individual Therapy
Are you present and emotionally available? Is it difficult to trust others? How can you deepen your relationship with your loved ones? Do you find yourself falling into the same relational patterns, and can’t seem to change them? These are just a few conversations we explore from the healing space of therapy. We are trained to support you to identify unhelpful patterns of how you feel, think, and show up in life as well as learn practical ways to show up differently in your life.
