From Conflict to Connection
For couples stuck in the same painful loop—pursue/withdraw, criticism/defensiveness, shutdowns—this 1–2 day, one-couple intensive gives you a clear path out. Using Restoration Therapy, we’ll map your conflict cycles, break the cycle, practice repair in real time, and anchor new, values-aligned patterns in your relationship. With Brainspotting, we’ll target the hot-button triggers beneath reactivity so your nervous systems can settle and you can choose connection instead of reflex. You’ll leave with practical scripts, time-out and re-engage steps that actually work, and daily rituals to protect closeness.
Format: 4–8 hours/day over one to four days (can be customized based on needs and availability)
Location: In-Person at the Highland Park office, Pasadena office, Koreatown office, your space (travel fees may apply), or virtually for California and Washington residents Capacity: just you two + your therapist (small groups can be accommodated for retreats) Options: bilingual Korean and Mandarin Disclaimer: Not appropriate for active violence or coercive control—safer referrals available.
