From Our Founder

I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling dissatisfied in your relationships, struggling with burnout, or experiencing chronic anxiety, sadness, or a disconnection from yourself and the people who matter most, you don’t have to walk this journey alone. I hope that Oak and Stone Therapy is a safe landing place—where you gain clarity, feel grounded in who you are, heal, break patterns that no longer serve you, and build a life that deepens inner peace, nurtures meaningful relationships, and is intentional.

Combining insight about how your lived experiences affect current patterns in your life utilizing the Restoration Therapy model with somatic-based therapy approaches such as Brainspotting and EMDR, we support you to process your experiences, break patterns that no longer serve you, and create practical change so that you can heal and live the life you deserve.
